512 values, one for each frequency, indicating the ratio (Active received power) / (Passive received power), coded as follows :
0 indicates Active/Passive <= 2
1 indicates 2 < Active/Passive <= 4
2 indicates 4 < Active/Passive <= 16
3 indicates 16 < Active/Passive
