CLU4 WHISPER natural wave power spectrum

Description
This dataset contains naturally occurring electric field power spectral density obtained when WHISPER sounder is in passive on Cluster 4. The data file also includes : the number of frequency bins of the Fast Fourier Transform, the receiving antenna used, Ey or Ez (respectively expression TBD in body build coordinates), the centre frequencies of the 512 bins in the frequency range 1.953 to 79.915 kHz (in the metadata), a flag, normally 0 (default value), which is set to to 1 (saturation) when there is an overflow somewhere in the spectrum, the number of spectra which have been averaged, the number of gain changes during the acquisition, the two-digit mantissa and two-digit exponent of integer generated by the compression algorithm.
