Parker Spiral Probe SPAN-Ion instrument Partial moments of the Proton distribution function in the instrument, spacecraft, and RTN coordinate systems. User should be aware that the full ion distribution is typically NOT in the FOV of the instrument. The cadence varies depending upon instrument mode typical values are 3.5 s, 7 s and 224 s.
